2023 shiraz

Produced using grapes from the Heathcote region of central Victoria, this wine is full bodied with pepper and dark fruit on the nose. The palate starts with red fruit and pepper and finishes with licorice.

This wine can be decanted if you prefer a slightly mellower flavour profile (if you can't handle the pepper, we still respect you).

This wine pairs well with a char-grilled steak or a hot Indian curry.

2025 Rosé

A dry wine with a floral nose and prominent red fruit on the palate. Produced using Shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley and a wild ferment, the palate is complex but light with a crisp, well balanced acidity.

This wine pairs well with a cheese platter, grilled chicken or risotto.
